Mohammad Al Anjeri Company started as a small import office specialized in importing different products and especially clothing lines, and soon after the launch of their first independent brand Deer & Dear by Mr. Mohammed Al Anjeri in 2009 the company grew and focused mainly on managing and promoting this fast growing brand making it one of the most successful brands in Kuwait. And as time came by more brands came under the company covering the fashion industry in addition to the food and beverages industry.

The reason behind the success of Al Anjeri is that we believe in the importance of keeping our employees satisfied by giving them the opportunity to shine and bring out the best out of them. At Al Anjeri we all work together as one family and our work environment is set to be professional and friendly at the same time, after all our mission and values are the ones leading our company towards success.

When we started the company few years back we only wanted to create an entity to survive in the strong competitive market in Kuwait, but after sometime this idea changed and we decided to dream bigger and try to accomplish better. We started our own Kuwaiti brand (Deer & Dear) and introduced it to the world which gave us an idea about the retails industry in general, and we followed that by managing a number of other brands turning the company into one of the big competitors in the market.
The reason behind our success in the market is the dedication and hard work of our employees and that’s why we consider each and every employee in Al Anjeri as an asset benefiting the company, we work as one family and listen to every employee to keep them satisfied and give them the chance to bloom.
